Rasterbate now!

The Rasterbator is an application which creates rasterized versions of images. The rasterized images can be printed and assembled into enormous (or smaller, if you prefer) posters [source]

This is the web service, this is the standalone, downloadable program, and here’s their gallery. This calls for printer abuse with cheap ink now!

Cameras: Sony Ericsson Communicam MCA-30 (for capturing the image on the print itself); Canon A85 (for capturing the printed output)
Printer: Epson C43UX, with compatible ink cartridges (draft quality)

This nifty project involves the above mentioned items, and 9 sheets of uncut legal size bond paper (you can see the actual image from my Blogger profile page). It’s a pretty old picture to toy with, but hey, I was just out to prove that the program can even transform phonecam images at this size (and even bigger).
