Another recipe translated into an actual dish, courtesy of Pinoycook. Compromised a bit, since I didn’t have tomato paste, so I added 3-4 more tomatoes. Also, I didn’t cook the veggies on a separate pan before combining it with the sauce, I just dumped the stuff over the sweet-and-sour mixture. Admittingly, I’m not a big fan of this dish, but I did want something different from the usual fried fish.
