Mommy used to cook bangus steak quite often, and it is definitely one of my favorite ways of preparing bangus, but second only to inihaw na bangus, generously pregnant with a filling of tomotoes-and-onions.
I really don’t know how she prepared this dish, so I just based the marinade/sauce (half-cup soy sauce, half-cup calamansi juice) on recipes I found online. Needed to water it down a bit, though.
