Since my work team is now trying to spread out on all hours of the week (including weekends), we’re now running on shift. And, I got dibs on what I believe is an enviable schedule: I start at 5am.
With my residence a province-distance away, and with dim hopes that I could actually wake up, get a ride, and settle in the office on time, what makes this so ideal? Since I CAN sleep and shower at the office, this is a sweet opportunity to optimize every living day to my liking.
And, this had to happen during UP Fair season.
Things done so far:
- Had my Canon A85 fixed for free in the Canon Service Center in Makati for FREE, for a known CCD problem
- Visited Photoworld Manila 2007 atGlorietta, and be entirely in control of any gear-envy tendencies
- Did a not-that-prepared sunset shoot at the Baywalk, Roxas Blvd., Manila.
- Ate Shanghai-staple xiao long bao! The locally-made ones taste a tad sweeter and meatier than what I had in China though, but dough texture is the same.
Then again, I don’t think I’ve had a good night’s sleep that goes for more than 5 hours.
