today is the break in the desired 7-day no-work thanksgiving weekend + birthday leave. again, i didnt make my call goal at work (7 out of 10), and my last call took hours, and the customer ultimately asked for someone else to speak about his “basic” case.

i cant help but be so ‘expressive’ how ignorant i feel about doing technical support for a big business software. i’ve always had low expectations of things i’ve been doing, but i don’t remember sinking this much.
