Why can’t Pacific Prepaid just make their unlimited surfing hours permanent during off-peak hours, just like any other local ISP? Damn. Now that the last day for their promo (April 30) has come and gone, my sleeping patterns will go wonky again. DSL is not an option, due to my current financial status (or lack of it).
Anyone nice enough to suggest other ISP’s servicing the Bulacan area which offers a better internet-time package?
